Ranch-Ish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup Italian flat-leaf parsley

  • 1 dill pickle, minced

  • 1 tbs fresh chives, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon white vinegar

  • pinch paprika

  • small pinch cayenne pepper

  • dash of hot sauce

  • ⅓ cup of buttermilk

Directions

  • Combine all the things! Add buttermilk last to desired consistancy.

  • Chill for as long as possible.

  • Just prior to serving, add more buttermilk to get the desired consistancy.
