Satay Chicken

Ingredients
1 onion diced
1 garlic clove crushed
1 kg (fillets) chicken
2 tbs soy sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder
5 tbs peanut butter
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs honey
2 teaspoon chilli sauce
2 cups hot water
1 capsicum sliced optional
1 splash oil for frying
Directions
Fry onion, garlic and capsicum in a little oil. Put rice on to cook.
Add chicken and fry for 2 minutes each side.
Add soy sauce, curry powder, peanut butter, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and chilli sauce.
Add hot water and combine.
Simmer for approximately 20 minutes until chicken is cooked.
