Chicken
Satay Chicken
Chicken simmered in a peanut butter sauce with onion, garlic, curry powder, soy and a touch of chilli. Served with rice and steamed greens.
Directions

Fry onion, garlic and capsicum in a little oil. Put rice on to cook.

Add chicken and fry for 2 minutes each side.

Add soy sauce, curry powder, peanut butter, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and chilli sauce.

Add hot water and combine.

Simmer for approximately 20 minutes until chicken is cooked.

Steam broccolini and snow peas
