Sweet Baked Chicken
Pounded chicken breasts rubbed with brown sugar, paprika, oregano and garlic, then oven-baked until golden. A quick weeknight main in under half an hour.

Preheat oven to 200°C fan.

Slice chicken breasts in half.

Pound chicken to 1.5cm at the thickest part .

Mix Seasoning.

Line tray with foil and baking paper.

Drizzle chicken with about 1 tsp oil. Rub over with fingers. Cover both sides of chicken with seasoning.

Bake 18 minutes, or until surface is golden.

Remove from oven and immediately transfer chicken to serving plates.

Wait 3 - 5 minutes before serving, garnished with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
